　　 2、For the release of pollutants during the producing process,make plan and take measures to reach the discharge standards.
　　 3、Should consider to adopt pollutionfree or less pollution technique and equipments.Take measures to decrease noise pollution and do justice to the pollutants.
　　 4、Safekeep the flammable,explosive and poison articles.
　　 5、During the transpotation,make sure the vehicle's good condition.The exhaust gas and noise from vehicles should keep to nation's discharge standards.
　　 6、Well will supervise and check the important correlated parties aperiodically.The checking contents are as follows:
　　 1)Whether or not understand our environment'policy?
　　 2)Whether or not be written to stae for the enviromental problems?
　　 3)Whether or not be punished by govenment bureau for the pollution's accident?
　　 4)Whether or not does discharge of pollutants reach the standards or have obvious improvement?
